Our indoor and outdoor self-storage minimum lease is a month-to-month lease.
We have video surveillance monitoring 24 hours a day, and keypad gate access which records your site activity.
Our 6 acre site is completely fenced and lit for your convenience and safety during evening hours.
Our site is open to all of our tenants, 24hrs a day, seven days a week with your individual assigned gate code.
Cash, personal and business checks, and money order's are accepted. Ask us about automatic credit card payments. We also encourage you to use our "Online Customer Payments" through our SSL Secured payment system.
You provide your own lock to secure your unit for peace of mind that no one will be opening your unit. If you don't have a padlock, you may buy one on site.
Rental statements are not sent out, and most of our customers pay on the 1st of each month. You have from the 1st-5th of each month to pay your bill. Some tenants due dates may vary.
When planning to move out, please provide no less than 10 days notice prior to the termination date of your lease. This provides us with the ability to provide quality service to our current customers and allows us to ensure you are not billed for additional time. Please sweep out your until and remove all items. Once your unit/space has been vacated, please contact Tony via e-mail or a note in the office door stating your vacancy date.
